Gal’s extensive education includes learning the nuances of tea cultivation in the terraced fields of Fujian and the intricacies of fermentation in Pu-erh teas. His knowledge covers all six major categories of Chinese tea: green, white, yellow, oolong, black, and dark (Pu-erh).
